Solution

If you see the message "Invalid username/password; Logon denied." when you're trying to log in to eServices, it could be because of a few things:

  1. Browser Cache: Sometimes, your browser holds onto old stuff that can mess up your login. You can fix this by clearing your browser's cache. Here's how:
    • Follow these instructions.
    • Make sure to select "All time" for the time range and check the boxes for "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data".
  2. Network or Zscaler Issues: If your internet or Zscaler isn't working right, it can cause login problems too. Try turning off or logging out of Zscaler and then turning it back on again.
  3. Disable local network access checks: Follow the instructions in the following link.
  4. New Account: If we've just created your account, it might still be setting up. Give it some time, like overnight, and then try logging in again.

If these tips don't fix the problem, don't worry! Just let us know, and we'll help you out further.
